  • Experienced professional delivering education projects to DfE or equivalent standards, with strong leadership and advanced Revit/BIM expertise.
  • Lead technical, commercial, and construction-phase project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and coordinate compliant design solutions aligned with DfE standards, leading client engagement through the CEM process.
  • Manage project programmes, resources, risks, and construction-stage activities, including RFIs, change control, and technical risk.
  • Oversee the production, coordination, and quality assurance of technical information, ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, CDM, and BIM requirements.
  • Act as technical lead for BIM coordination, clash detection, and information management.
  • Support design, technical, and site meetings, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, promoting best practice and supporting professional development.
  • Monitor project progress, consultant performance, and site delivery through to handover and project closeout.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and support repeat business through reliable project delivery.
