We own and operate eCommerce apparel brands, scaling them to $10M+ revenue, profitably. We work hands‑on with brand founders, owning growth outcomes and supporting capital, business strategy, and execution.
We're hiring a Klaviyo Email & SMS Retention Specialist to own the retention channel across a portfolio of owned apparel brands. This is a strategy‑first role. You know what works in Klaviyo and you'll bring that expertise in‑house, working alongside a dedicated email designer, copywriters, and our Head of Growth.
What You'll Own:
- Retention strategy across email and SMS (what to build, how to sequence it, and why)
- The full Klaviyo build (flows, campaigns, segments, triggers, etc.)
- Deliverability and list health (domain reputation, suppression, etc.)
- Performance (attributed revenue, flow metrics, and campaign ROI across all brands)
What You'll Do:
- Audit existing Klaviyo setups across brands and define what good looks like for each
- Build and continuously optimize a full lifecycle flow library
- Develop segmentation strategies based on purchase behavior, LTV tiers, product affinity, and engagement
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth on the promotional calendar and translate it into campaign execution
- Work with our email designer and copywriters who handle creative
- Run structured A/B tests and build repeatable playbooks from results
- Manage SMS as a dedicated channel
- Stay ahead of Klaviyo updates, features, and DTC retention best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years hands‑on in Klaviyo within a DTC or eCommerce context
- You think in systems (customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers, not just one‑off sends)
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, flow logic, conditional splits, and deliverability
- Proven track record of growing email and SMS as a percentage of total revenue
- Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics
- SMS experience including TCPA/CAN‑SPAM compliance
- Shopify integration experience
- Apparel or fashion eCommerce a plus (not required)
Why This Role:
- Own the strategy, not just the execution — you define how retention works across the portfolio
- The team is already built — designer, copywriters, and a Head of Growth who are invested in making this work
- Work on owned brands, not client accounts — your work compounds
- Direct impact on revenue with real ownership and upside
