The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and qualified project managers who ideally has a Building Services Engineering qualification – HNC, HND or Degree. However, candidates who do not have these qualifications may be considered for this role based on previous on-site experience.
Working within the Operations Department at DL will give you the opportunity to manage projects up to the value of £3million. You will manage your own time and you will work alongside some highly experienced and qualified members of the operations team. Mechanical Project Manager main duties and requirements:
Applicants must have at least 3 – 5 years' project management experience and an overall knowledge of the mechanical building engineering services sector, i.e. knowledge of HVAC systems, domestic & commercial plumbing, commercial pipefitting and chiller replacements, plus a strong history of managing large scale projects between the values of £500k-£3milllon.
A demonstrable history of asset procurement, cost management and reporting skills is required and you must have experience maintaining on-site health and safety req
