DL M&E Building Services Ltd undertakes work throughout the U.K. and has experienced continuous growth in the installation of mechanical and electrical services within the commercial building services engineering sector, with a client base which includes some of the U.K.s biggest names in the banking, leisure, commercial and transport industries.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled electrical Project Manager to join our team for long-term, stable work across a variety of exciting projects. Initially, we currently have a large refurbishment project in Manchester City Centre running for approx. 6 months and following this we can provide ample opportunity for consistent work and career progression.

If you're a reliable and experienced PM, we can offer you extended work on multiple projects, with the potential for long-term contracts.

Electrical Project Manager main duties and requirements:

  • Completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Providing support on project planning, scheduling, productivity and progression.
  • Producing project reports.
  • Completing and managing risk assessments.
