Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations & Digital Specialist to join our team in Great Britain . In this exciting role based in London , you will work at the intersection of marketing execution, brand communication, and digital innovation, playing a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and operational excellence across all digital channels.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive local marketing campaigns; support all Business Lines with digital content and performance tracking
- Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions; ensure stand setup and promotional materials meet brand standards
- Support sales teams with Product masterdata, Salesforce, sampling coordination, and monthly planning with BL stakeholders
- Act as Sustainability Champion; maintain program continuity and internal engagement
- Manage daily office admin tasks; ensure smooth operations while working independently in a complex environment
Your Profile
- 2 to 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Proficient in CRM, prior experience in Salesforce as a plus
- Relevant Masters Degree/Degree in Chemistry, or a science equivalent is a plus
- Self-motivated, agile in execution and analytical
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
