We are seeking to recruit a diligent, highly motivated, and fast-learning Business Immigration Paralegal / Assistant with Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) language skills to join our busy Immigration Department.
The successful candidate will work directly alongside a Partner, providing support across a broad range of business immigration matters.
Applicants should have a minimum one-year experience in a similar role and be capable of quickly adapting to a varied caseload.
They will possess technical knowledge appropriate to their level of experience, a proactive approach to risk management, a strong willingness to learn, and a good understanding of UK immigration law and procedure.

If candidates have experience in other areas of law such as Residential / Commercial Property or Litigation that would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
