We are seeking to recruit a diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced solicitor to fill a role with our busy Commercial property team. The commercial property team deals with both clients and matters of exceptional quality and have established themselves as a trusted name within the industry and we are looking to build on that. The department prides itself of high-quality customer service and we are increasing the team in line with the increase in work to ensure we can continue to maintain the level of service our clients deserve, expect, and are given.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
- Minimum 4/5 years Post Qualification Experience, however, we may be flexible on this dependent on experience and for someone with exceptional background.
- Experience in dealing with all aspect of primarily commercial property but also residential Property.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Interest and proven ability in business development.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation.
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of work that, among other areas, will include:
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
- Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
- Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.
