Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager. Permanent Role Starting £42,500 per year (DOE) + company vehicle/fuel card Ideally based in the in the Reading/Newbury/Southampton areas with easy access to M4. DKF is seeking an Asbestos Removal Contracts Manager to join one of our clients working on various Social Housing projects. You will be required to manage a team of Asbestos Operatives and Supervisors to help deliver notifiable and non notifiable contracts in the Social Housing sector. What your core responsibilities would be: · Identify and develop new business leads, whilst maintaining existing client relationships. · Confidently manage, control and oversee all aspects of the contracts, from start to finish. · Prepare all Risk Assessments/Method Statements, relaying all information contained in site specific Risk Assessments/Method Statements to site personnel to maintain full understanding. · Understand all financial aspects of the management process coherently from start to finish in accordance with company policies and procedures and to ensure contracts are invoiced correctly plus pricing works. · Communicate effectively with all levels within the organisation (Directors, Site Managers, Site Operatives and Supervisors).
