What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily orders and liaising with warehouse teams.
- Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, and generating data reports.
- Preparing high-impact presentations for major retailers and communicating customer needs back to the business.
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date contact lists across customers and media.
- Distributing POS materials and Advance Reading Copies to booksellers and media to promote our books.
- Managing mailing lists for influencers, coordinating author events, and attending trade fairs to identify new opportunities.
