We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Working Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team on a new build residential project in Camden area, which is approaching completion.
The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out final snagging works to ensure the project is delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in quality finishes and has a good eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing snagging works
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors to complete outstanding tasks
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Ensuring site is kept clean, safe, and well-organised
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar working foreman/site supervisor role, also great 2nd fixer in Carpentry.
- Strong background in residential new builds and refurb
- SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
