Technical Coordinator (Construction/Design) Salary: £45,000 per annum + Car allowance Location: South West An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding housing developer, based at their head office in the South West. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring that high-quality housing developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design and construction. The Role As Technical Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Technical and play a key role in managing and coordinating consultant designs to meet client and customer obligations. You’ll ensure that accurate design information is provided to operational teams, keeping the project on schedule while ensuring commercial targets are met. Through value engineering, you will ensure best value is achieved, balancing cost, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with procurement and operational teams, managing the flow of information so that construction progresses smoothly and in line with all regulations, programme requirements, and cost parameters.
