Senior Service Advisor – Torquay DK Recruitment is searching for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a successful and warm dealership group at their site in Torquay. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior Service Advisor to excel in a supportive and professional environment. Your Role as a Senior Service Advisor: Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to customers, assisting them with all service-related queries Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences to ensure a personalised experience Oversee the entire service process, from booking to completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for the customer Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve and exceed performance and customer satisfaction targets· What You’ll Need as a Senior Service Advisor: Extensive experience in a customer-facing automotive service role, ideally within a main dealership environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and meeting/exceeding service targets A full UK driving license The Package: Salary: £28,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus, OTE £34,000 !!!
