I’m currently working with a highly regarded and expanding regional law firm that is continuing to invest in its Residential Property team due to sustained growth and increasing client demand. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor to join their established and supportive team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a firm that offers immediate client exposure, autonomy, and genuine long-term progression. You’ll manage your own caseload from the outset, handling a broad mix of residential property matters including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity / part
  • Leasehold transactions

The Role

  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Conducting title checks and raising enquiries
  • Drafting legal documentation and progressing transactions proactively
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (SRA, Lexcel, CQS)
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to business development and networking activities

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with practice rights
  • Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in marketing and practice development
