Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Open to negotiation
We’re working with a well-established contractor in the South West who specialise in high-quality refurbishment and remedial works across the social housing and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a full-time, site-based basis.
The Role:You’ll be the key point of contact for residents during works, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting tenants throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone personable, organised, and proactive who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between residents and site teams
- Coordinate access, appointments, and internal work schedules
- Conduct pre-entry visits and support vulnerable tenants
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison or similar role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
