About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing facilities management provider to recruit a Facilities Delivery Manager. This is a key role responsible for overseeing multi-site maintenance operations across a designated region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships.
You will manage a team of multi-skilled engineers, driving performance, compliance, and operational efficiency across a portfolio of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of engineers across multiple locations
- Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain compliance and safety standards
- Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff
- Act as the main escalation point for operational issues
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Monitor and improve engineering processes to increase efficiency
- Support project delivery, including minor works and capital projects
- Authorise timesheets and oversee stock control
About You
- Proven experience in a facilities management, service delivery, or operations role
- Experience managing engineers across multiple sites
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of health & safety and compliance within FM
- Ability to manage performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade or FM qualification desirable
