As an Assembly Operator, you will be expected to perform assembly work within a manufacturing environment of hydraulic pumps and/or motors. A suitably competent individual demonstrating a consistent high standard of work in ensuring that the quality of products is maintained.

Duties:

  • Assemble hydraulic pumps and/or motors in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with the Company’s quality and health and safety specifications.
  • Test hydraulic units to customer specific specifications (further to specific training).
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for achieving hourly production targets.
  • Ensure production controls are adhered to.
  • Understand KPIs and achieve production targets.
  • Communicate breakdowns or machine abnormalities to supervision and maintenance, log breakdowns on the main database.
  • Maintain good 5S standards within your area of work and look for methods for continuous improvements.
  • Exhibit flexibility to support production.
  • Perform daily checks in accordance with the Company’s production engineering and quality procedures.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday.
