DK Recruitment are seeking a proactive Contract Administrator to join a busy Facilities Management team in Plymouth, supporting the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance contracts.

The Role
As Contract Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Contract Manager and engineering teams by coordinating maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients.
Your responsibilities will include
- Raising and processing reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) work orders.
- Monitoring jobs from initial request through to completion and invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate records using internal management systems.
- Liaising with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Raising purchase orders for subcontractors where required.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly contract reports.
- Supporting contract meetings and taking meeting notes where required.
- Ensuring contractual documentation and records are maintained accurately.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider contracts team
