Their Housing Management & Property Litigation team, one of the largest of its kind in England, is ranked in the top tier by Legal 500 and noted for handling complex, high-profile matters across the sector. The Opportunity This position offers the rare opportunity to build and shape your own sub-practice within a successful, well-resourced national platform. You will play a key role in team leadership, client strategy, and sector development, while continuing to engage directly with high-value, sophisticated work across housing management and property litigation. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a sub-team within the wider Housing Management & Property Litigation department * Advise on a wide range of housing management and real estate dispute matters for clients including registered providers, local authorities, developers, and institutional landlords * Drive business development, client engagement and profile-raising activities across the sector * Deliver decisive, commercial advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters * Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and legal professionals * Oversee complex files and ensure client service standards are consistently met * Contribute to the strategic direction of the wider team and firm Requirements * A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience (England and Wales), gained in housing management and/or property litigation * Strong track record in team leadership, client development and practice growth * Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and interpersonal skills * A proactive and collegiate approach to practice building and mentoring * Experience advising on a broad range of housing matters, from routine issues to complex disputes Why Apply?
