Moulding Technician

Main responsibilities: * Operating injection moulding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications. * Troubleshooting any issues with the machines or processes through root cause analysis and technical fault finding (Mechanical & Electrical). * Completion of routine planned maintenance – Weekly, Monthly & 6 Monthly. * Assisting PM Technician with annual maintenance tasks on machines. * Working safely and adhering to all health and safety regulations and internal procedures. * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (e.g. 5S, Gemba Activities, Kaizen, TIMWOODS) * Collaborating with all members of shift core team including Operators, Quality Technicians, Engineers and Shift Leaders. * Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records through SAP. * Conducting regular inspections of equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
