MOBILE SITE MANAGER

Location: Mobile role – covering multiple sites Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm Reporting to: Project Manager Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE

DK Recruitment are currently working with an established construction business who are looking for an experienced Mobile Site Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager who enjoys managing multiple projects and is confident coordinating subcontractors, site teams and clients.

The successful candidate will oversee several projects at different stages, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects and site teams.
  • Carry out regular site visits and monitor project progress and programmes.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors and site resources.
  • Plan subcontractor attendance and monitor programme compliance.
  • Monitor project costs, expenditure and material usage.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries and site logistics.
  • Liaise with clients, Project Managers and subcontractors.
  • Attend client meetings and communicate project updates and actions.
  • Identify potential delays, risks and cost issues and take proactive action.
  • Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards across all sites.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Complete site requirements including permits, toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and inductions.
  • Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
  • Look for opportunities to improve productivity and project efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, Mobile Site Manager or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years' construction industry experience.
  • Experience managing multiple sites or projects.
  • Relevant trade background, ideally Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry or Dry Lining.
  • Strong understanding of construction logistics, project delivery and Health & Safety.
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and client-facing skills.
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider project team.
