DK Recruitment are seeking an experienced Marine Engineer to join our clients\’ team working on a range of commercial marine vessels. You will play a key role in the maintenance, and optimisation of mechanical systems aboard vessels and marine structures, ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Design, install, maintain and repair mechanical systems onboard ships. * Conduct inspections, diagnostics and performance testing of engines, propulsion systems, HVAC, and auxiliary systems * Liaise with suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with maritime standards * Provide technical support during dry dockings, sea trials and operational deployments * Work collaboratively with naval architects, electrical engineers and project managers on multidisciplinary projects * Prepare detailed reports, maintenance records, and engineering documentation
