A highly regarded real estate development practice is looking to appoint both an Associate (2–4 PQE) and a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to support continued growth. The role focuses on residential development and site acquisition work, acting for a broad client base including developers, registered providers, care home operators, pension funds and private investors. Matters range from smaller sites through to large-scale, high-profile developments.
You can expect exposure to:
- Site acquisitions, conditional contracts, options and overage agreements
- Development agreements and joint venture support
- Title due diligence, planning and section 106 matters
- Regeneration, care and mixed-use development projects
The team is well established, partner-led and known for the quality and scale of its work, offering excellent client contact, responsibility and long-term progression. Candidates should have solid experience in residential development and enjoy working closely with clients on complex transactions. Experience in affordable housing or registered provider work is advantageous but not essential.
