DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Responsive Plumber to join a well-established team working across Social Housing properties in the Launceston area. The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of responsive maintenance and repair works within occupied and void social housing properties. Duties will include:
- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Responsive repairs and maintenance
- General plumbing repairs within domestic properties
- Working in occupied and void social housing properties
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Plumber
- Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing is essential
- Experience within Social Housing or domestic properties is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
