We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Driver to join a leading maintenance contractor working on a social housing voids contract. Working alongside a team of Multi-Trade Operatives, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to site while assisting with general labouring duties across void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites.
- Assisting trades operatives with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
- Clearing and preparing void properties for refurbishment.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Carrying out property strip-outs and waste removal.
- Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider voids team with general labouring duties as required.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist across multiple sites.
