We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and deliver first-class technical support. If you're passionate about tech, confident in troubleshooting, and ready to grow within a fast-paced environment—this is your opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
• Manage user accounts, access control, and onboarding/offboarding
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve faults efficiently
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and software licenses
• Support backups, antivirus tools, and regular system updates
• Document IT processes and help create user-friendly guides
• Contribute to wider IT projects and system rollouts

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT role
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365
• Hardware troubleshooting and setup skills
• Clear, confident communication and a customer-first mindset
• Strong time management and multitasking ability
• A positive attitude and eagerness to keep learning

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional travel to other local sites
• Some- out of hours work may be required for system updates
