Domestic Electrician Location: South West England Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card Are you an experienced Domestic Electrician looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering works across the social housing sector? We are currently seeking a qualified Domestic Electrician to join a growing team operating throughout the South West. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties will include: • Electrical maintenance and repairs • Fault finding and diagnostics • Consumer unit upgrades • Testing and inspection • EICRs • Remedial works • Rewires and installation work • Working within occupied and void properties • Completing certification and relevant documentation Requirements • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation • AM2 • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations • Full UK Driving Licence • Previous experience within domestic or social housing environments Desirable • 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification • 2394 & 2395 • Experience carrying out EICRs and remedial works Package • Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience • Company Van • Fuel Card • Permanent employment • Ongoing training and development • Stable workload • Opportunity to work with a respected contractor across the South West For a confidential discussion and further information, please apply with your CV today
