General Manager

GENERAL MANAGER We are looking for a multi-site General Manager to join an FMCG business with a multi product base. This is a complex operation that requires a really analytical manager. Ideally be able to deep dive into the Data as well as really deliver operationally. Think of this role as an opportunity to have your own train set be able to really impact the team and show real leadership. The site is having a big update and will become a flagship site they have just acquired a larger building for their network. This site has some automation on site so if you have any knowledge of this would be ideal definitely not essential. Strong knowledge of transport would be necessary as it is cross dock in some areas. A real passion to create a strong working environment and create positive culture across the site.
