Fire Contracts Manager Location: Wiltshire Salary: £49,000 £53,000 per annum Contract: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract We are currently working in partnership with an award-winning social housing provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Fire Contracts Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing, property, compliance or fire safety professional to take responsibility for a range of fire safety programmes, compliance contracts and remedial works across a social housing portfolio. The Role As Fire Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of fire safety and compliance programmes, working closely with contractors, consultants, residents and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Managing fire risk assessment programmes and associated remedial works Overseeing fire safety and compliance contractors and consultants Managing planned maintenance and compliance projects Monitoring contractor performance, budgets and KPIs Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with relevant Fire Safety, CDM and Health
