An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm with an established and successful commercial practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner-level lawyer looking for a role where they can make a real impact, work with a quality client base, and play an active part in the continued growth of a respected team.
Working as part of a collaborative Corporate Commercial department, you will manage a varied caseload covering both corporate transactions and commercial matters. The role will involve advising businesses on a broad range of issues, including acquisitions and disposals, general corporate matters, commercial contracts, supply and distribution agreements, franchise arrangements, and terms and conditions.
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the department, support junior team members, and play a key role in building client relationships and expanding the team’s market presence.
About You
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded lawyer with strong experience across corporate and commercial work. You will ideally have:
- Significant experience handling corporate transactions and commercial advisory matters
- A strong understanding of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, franchise and trading agreements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to business development and networking
- The ability to support and mentor colleagues while contributing positively to team culture
