Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge? I am looking for a Night Shift Manager in Enfield. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage. I am recruiting for a busy depot, so you must be flexible in your approach.
Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 80 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and monitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
