New Opportunity for the New Year. DK Recruitment is actively seeking qualified Electrical Fitters to join the team on-site at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. This is a 6-month contract, working within the temporary supplies department. Key Responsibilities: * Installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical installations (domestic, commercial, and industrial). * Responsive and preventative maintenance tasks. * Conducting EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and completing remedial works. * Fault finding and diagnosis. * Experience working on and testing switchboards and power pillars. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Using various types of test equipment efficiently. * Familiarity with 3-phase systems (desirable). Qualifications: * Minimum City and Guilds Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation. * 18th Edition BS7671 certification is mandatory. * Testing and inspection qualifications are desirable. * Must be eligible to obtain and hold Security Clearance for this role * Only UK Nationals can apply.
