Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the team.
You will train and teach staff safe operating procedures, update training materials and monitor performance to improve productivity and safety compliance.
There may be a mixture of shifts - days, evening and nights, so you must be flexible across varying patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards.
- Process Optimization: Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps.
