Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the team.

You will train and teach staff safe operating procedures, update training materials and monitor performance to improve productivity and safety compliance.

There may be a mixture of shifts - days, evening and nights, so you must be flexible across varying patterns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps.
  • Record Keeping: Track training progress, maintain up-to-date certifications, and evaluate training effectiveness. Core Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Several years working in a busy warehouse environment, with prior coaching or teaching experience.
