I am looking for NIGHT SHIFT Team Leaders and Supervisors to join a very exciting and fast growing luxury clothing brand in Coventry. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage, along with experience. Picking, Packing and Dispatch. I am recruiting for a busy site, so you must be flexible in your approach. Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 80 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
