Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Driver to join a leading maintenance contractor working on a social housing voids contract. Working alongside a team of Multi-Trade Operatives, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to site while assisting with general labouring duties across void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites.
  • Assisting trades operatives with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.
  • Clearing and preparing void properties for refurbishment.
  • Loading and unloading materials.
  • Carrying out property strip-outs and waste removal.
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to health and safety procedures.
  • Supporting the wider voids team with general labouring duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist across multiple sites.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of health and safety on construction or maintenance sites is beneficial.
