The Role

We are seeking versatile, skilled CNC Machinists with strong backgrounds in either CNC Milling, CNC Turning, or both to join a highly professional production team. Whether your expertise lies in 3/4/5-axis milling or multi-axis turning (including fixed-head and sliding-head), you will take ownership of the manufacturing process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output on complex components, working alongside a supportive team of like-minded engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme, Set, and Operate: Efficiently manage CNC Milling Centres or CNC Lathes to manufacture precision components, minimising setup times and maximising throughput.
  • Online/Offline Programming: Interpret technical engineering drawings to create, modify, and optimise machining programmes.
  • Quality Assurance: Self-inspect your own work using advanced metrology equipment and techniques to maintain strict tolerance standards.
