About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our well-established automotive team based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with a background in the motor trade to develop their career within a reputable and growing business.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the aftersales process.
- Liaise with workshop and technical teams to coordinate service and repair work.
- Identify and advise customers on additional products and services to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
- Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and invoices.
- Achieve and exceed individual and departmental performance targets.
About You
- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the motor trade (e.g. Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and dealership management software.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
