Our client is a housing provider in Cornwall and they are looking to take on an M&E Supervisor for a 6 month contract.
Areas of responsibility:
- Electrical safety checks in tenants' homes
- Heating system servicing and urgent repairs
- Passenger lifts and LOLER inspections
- Door entry systems and other specialist equipment
What You’ll Do:
- Safeguard the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff, tenants, and contractors
- Oversee service delivery to ensure full compliance with regulations, contracts, and internal standards
- Manage on-site inspections, progress checks, and quality assurance to demonstrate compliance
Who We’re Looking For:
You will be a natural leader with hands-on experience in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, and you bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical (Gas, HETAS, Renewables) or Electrical work
- Membership of a professional body or compliance-focused certification
- Strong experience managing operational contractors
- Knowledge of the social housing sector and property compliance regulations
