Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Monitor progress, quality, and site health & safety
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Report to project managers and maintain site documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor in civils, groundworks, or construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Full UK driving licence
