This is an exciting opportunity to oversee excellent housing management services across a diverse portfolio, including general needs, supported housing, and intensive management accommodation.
We are looking for an experienced, people-focused leader who:
- Has a strong background in housing management, including tenancy, income, allocations, voids, and estates.
- Can lead and motivate a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Works proactively with customers and partners to deliver person-centred services.
- Thrives in a changing environment and embraces innovation.
- Brings resilience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to everything they do.
- Champions regulatory compliance, value for money, and service excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing housing or supported housing teams previously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, external partners, contractors, and a diverse range of customers.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and decision‑making skills
