We are looking for an experienced Systems & Compliance Quality Engineer to lead and oversee the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. The Quality Compliance Engineer will play a key role in protecting the business from non‑compliance risks while driving initiatives that enhance sustainability and operational excellence. The role involves interacting with multiple departments, customers, and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the company’s AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 quality management systems
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
- Oversight of document management and archiving systems
- Lead the First Article process in line with AS9102, supporting product release and QA sign‑off
- Monitor business‑wide compliance against policies and legal/regulatory requirements
- Support management reviews and facilitate compliance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse audit data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Respond to customer requests regarding quality systems and compliance information
- Plan and direct quality system audits, certifications, and contract reviews
- Keep up to date with new guidance, regulations, and industry standards and incorporate them into the audit cycle
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all business areas

Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment

- Good standard of written and spoken English
