Location: The Company A long-established independent building contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Devon and Cornwall.
Working within an established commercial team, you'll take responsibility for the commercial delivery of multiple building projects from tender through to completion.
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Negotiating final accounts.
Working closely with site teams and project managers.
Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a commercial building or main contractor environment.
Experience delivering commercial property, healthcare, education or public sector projects.
Ability to commercially manage projects independently.
Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Full UK Driving Licence.
