As an Assembly Operator will be expected to perform assembly work within a manufacturing environment of Hydraulic pumps and/or motors.
A suitably competent individual demonstrating a consistent high standard of work in ensuring that quality of products in maintained.
Maintain a high quality of work, fully cooperating with the Manufacturing team and adhering to work procedures.
Duties: Assemble hydraulic pumps and/or motors in accordance with the Companys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with the Companys quality and health and safety specifications.
Test hydraulic units to customer specific specifications (further to specific training.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Responsible for achieving hourly production targets.
Ensure production controls are adhered to.
Understand KPIs and achieve production targets.
Communicate breakdowns or machine abnormalities to supervision and maintenance, log breakdowns on the main database.
Maintain good 5s standards within your area of work and look for methods for continuous improvements.
Exhibit flexibility to support production.
Perform daily checks in accordance with the Companys production engineering and quality procedures.
