About You
We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, resilient and confident supporting people experiencing housing difficulties. You will ideally have: Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from a range of backgrounds. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and mediation skills. The ability to motivate and coach customers, encouraging positive engagement and practical action. Experience managing a caseload, maintaining accurate records and working to deadlines. The ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partner organisations.
