We are currently seeking a qualified Domestic Electrician to join a growing team operating throughout the South West. The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties will include:
- Electrical maintenance and repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Consumer unit upgrades
- Testing and inspection EICRs
- Remedial works
- Rewires and installation work
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Completing certification and relevant documentation
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience within domestic or social housing environments

- 2391 Inspection
