Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service while working on occupied properties.
Complete job reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
