I am looking for an experienced and motivated Fleet Manager to join a fantastic client who is experiencing Year on Year growth and expansion. You will be responsible for the Management, Compliance and Maintenance of the fleet which has over 300 vehicles including HGV and LGV's. Managing the repairs and reporting defects, specifically PMI / MOT / Tacho Calibration.
You must:
- be a CPC holder, ideally with a HGV Licence.
- have workshop and vehicle maintenance experience.
- be familiar with a computerised environment.
- have strong IT skills (diagnostics and telematics).
To be successful in this role you will have experience managing large, diverse fleets, managing workshops and people, and leading by example. Knowledge of Groundworks, Streetworks, Highways or Utilities would be a distinct advantage for this role. This is a Monday - Friday role with potential overtime on a Saturday and a call out bonus.
