- Academy Management: Manage inbox queries, cancellations, playlist requests, and other day-to-day operations. Oversee weekly tasks such as Facebook posts, member onboarding, playlist updates, and live session preparation. Maintain and update key documents, including churn rates, payments, and invoices via Stripe.
- Content and Course Development: Collaborate with Damian to conceptualize, plan, and produce new courses for the academy, as well as working to find other tutors with specialist expertise and experience. Continuously review and improve the content funnel and advertising strategies to drive sales and engagement. Develop the community aspect of DK-MBA (with the team) through posts, competitions, giveaways, support & conversation.
- Social Media and Community Engagement: Plan, post, and manage DKMBA and Damian’s social media content across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Engage with the community through posts, stories, broadcast channels, and testimonials. Work closely with the video editor to produce and refine content.

- Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.
