Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Engineer to join our team across Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate holds full ACS and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems across various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background and practical skills in plumbing, welding, and the use of hand and power tools. The position requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. All roles are paid positions, including internships. Responsibilities Install, service, and repair gas appliances and systems in residential environments. Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work complies with current regulations and standards. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised machinery to complete tasks efficiently. Perform plumbing tasks related to gas systems, including pipe fitting and leak detection. Carry out basic carpentry work as needed for installation or repair purposes. Assist with heavy lifting of equipment or materials to facilitate safe handling of large components. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or safety concerns promptly.
