£46,140+ OTE | Modern Fleet | Clean Tramping Work

D&K Chilled Transport Ltd is a small, family-run business based in Bilston. We are recruiting a professional Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team on a long-term contract with a leading parcel delivery network. This is clean, straightforward tramping work with modern vehicles and consistent hours.

  • £41,340 basic salary
  • £795 per week before tax
  • Night out allowance paid on top
  • OTE £46,140+ per year

Job Details

  • Class 1 Tramping role
  • Start Sunday, working 5 days
  • Up to 4 nights out per week (mandatory)
  • Around 60 hours per week
  • Trunking only
  • No loading or unloading
  • Station-to-station work
  • Very clean operation

  • Modern fleet
  • Well-maintained, comfortable cabs
  • High-quality trucks suitable for tramping

Working Hours

  • Planned work
  • Minimum 11–12 hours daily rest
  • AM or PM starts depending on route
  • Fully compliant with drivers’ hours and WTD

Requirements

  • Valid C+E (Class 1) licence
  • Driver CPC
  • Digital tachograph card
  • Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
  • Maximum 6 penalty points
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good level of English (safety and compliance)
