Registered Manager – Children's Home (Temp to Perm)
Contract: 3-month temporary contract with a strong view to a permanent role
Our client, an established children's residential care provider, is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its Ofsted-registered homes in Romford. You will bring stability, warmth and strong leadership for the young people who live there and the team who support them.
This is an immediate start, so it suits someone who is available now or between roles. Interviews are held online and the process is quick.
What you will bring:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent (or working towards it)
- Experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Registration on the DBS Update Service
What is on offer:
- £50,000 to £55,000 pro rata, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
